-Pan-India Shipping: We deliver to all regions and territories within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Times:
- Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 10-12 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Shipping Issues:
- If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at hello.sillystacks@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Silly Stacks, we prioritize your safety and satisfaction. Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. This means we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products once they are purchased.

 

However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same or a similar item, subject to availability. To be eligible for an exchange:

 

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

• You must provide proof of purchase and a clear photo showing the defect or damage.
